  1. You say Tim spent 30 years in radio and television? That in itself tells me he’s good at marketing. This is so important when trying to sell a home. So many realtors seem to know their stuff, but when it comes to marketing your property, nothing happens. I’d definitely go with a realtor who knew his way around a T.V. or radio station. That’s how you get the word out.

  2. As an armed forces veteran, you know that Tim DeCapua is going to be disciplined and will go to great lengths to make sure he and his team succeed. That dedication to showing results over and over again is the reason that he is so successful at what he does. He is successful AND he’s willing to teach & train others to succeed: That is a leader.

  3. It sounds like Tim DeCapua is both knowledgeable and experience. Both of those qualities are a must when thinking about working with someone in the real estate industry.

Time to head over to his LinkedIn profile and learn some more about him and experience.

  4. Oh, I’m so glad you listed Tim’s Linked-In account. I have actually been researching real estate professionals, and I kept seeing Tim’s name pop up in more than one location. He seems to be everywhere. His LinkedIn profile explains it – after years of entrepreneurship in broadcasting, he owned assets in several different states.

I love several things he put forth in his profile, such as some sage advice he got from a mentor years ago, “Don’t fall in love with your assets.”

As a homeowner and travel enthusiast, I sometimes wonder about moving and whether my home is an asset that I should not want to hang on to, or if I should stay put. Tim’s comments were refreshing, he seems very sincere, and gave me some points to consider.

He seems very wise and experienced, two awesome traits for anyone in real estate, especially because the stakes are high for most of us.

  5. Tim sounds like a solid real estate agent. Radio and Television are competitive, quick-moving fields, and I’m sure they unwittingly gave him a lot of skills he can use in real estate.
